1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed with care within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email and/or SMS notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched from our facility.

Please note: During high-volume periods (like Diwali or new product launches), processing times may experience a slight delay. We will communicate any significant delays directly to you.
